Does Oxysmart use cookies?

Oxysmart would like to continuously improve its website for you. We therefore process information about the visitors to our websites and participants in our marketing campaigns. We use various types of so-called cookies for this.


What are cookies?

For what purposes does Oxysmart use my data?

Some of our web offers are in closed user areas, for which a registration with login is necessary, e.g. B. for key accounts. When you order goods or services from Oxysmart, we use the personal data you have provided to process your order or to deliver the goods you want. This may include the steps required prior to entering into the contract, answering your related questions, submitting shipping and billing information, and processing or providing customer feedback and support.

In order to process your personal data technically, Oxysmart uses external service providers and contract processors to provide goods or services. These include, for example, operators of eLearning platforms and web shops. You can find more information in the applicable terms of use or general terms and conditions.

Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will forward the payment data collected for this to the payment service provider commissioned by us or the selected payment service provider to process payments. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect this data from you, provided you create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

Does Oxysmart share my information?


Oxysmart reserves the right to pass on the data that you have transmitted to us to our worldwide specialist dealers. However, only if this is necessary to process your data for the intended purpose.

In order to process your data technically, Oxysmart sometimes uses external service providers. We may transfer and process your data outside of the country in which you live or in one of the countries in which Oxysmart, its specialist dealers or service providers and suppliers operate. These can also be located outside the European economic area. When will my data be deleted?

What data does Oxysmart collect from me?

When you visit our website, we have to collect and store certain data for technical reasons. We use this data to technically manage our websites.
